After you proceed to booking, you will be asked to review the details of your shipment and update contact information for both the origin and destination.
The origin contact information may reference your supplier, manufacturer, company warehouse, etc. In short, the provider will need to receive the freight, and the origin contact information should be the person or business that will assist in that transaction.
Similarly, the destination contact information is the person in charge of receiving your freight at final destination. If you are shipping to a company, warehouse, garage, etc. this contact will coordinate delivery with your forwarder. If you are shipping to Amazon, detail clearly in your quote who is responsible for scheduling and making final delivery to an Amazon FBA warehouse. In most cases, the ultimate consignee will be the destination contact.
