The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing sales team that is aggressively prospecting and closing new users for a B2B platform that is modernizing and disrupting the international trade industry.  This role is perfect for a true hunter looking for uncapped upside.

Day to Day Impact

  • You’ll shape the initial impression new Fleet customers have of the company and product, ensuring quality customer service and clarity of value proposition
  • Call through warm leads, make a high volume of cold calls, and manage active prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Re-engage former customers and work to get them back on/engaging with the platform
  • Occasionally field questions as to users’ pain points or platform questions
  • Convey customer feedback to the product team in order to continuously improve the platform
  • Work closely with other members of the Sales team to ensure each customer has a continuous quality of experience from prospect stage through onboarding

You’ll Be Successful Because

  • You have a hunter mentality and prefer high upside over higher base comp structures
  • Sales experience in the logistics industry and/or B2B software sales
  • A strong understanding of the sales pipeline which means you get the high volume of outreach necessary to achieve aggressive sales targets
  • You maintain a high energy level and a positive outlook in the face of rejection
  • You understand how to read an audience - know what levers move the needle for each individual
  • You know how to take an initial no or no response through the sales cycle to a converted prospect
