Children Under the Age of 13.

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to us or use the Website. Information from Social Media Websites.

When Users register an account with Fleet, you may be asked to share information from your social network accounts. Fleet will synchronize its Services and the personal information we store and use with User accounts with information that is designated as publicly available by those social networks. Details for certain social media network are provided below:

FacebookFacebook is a popular social media network, owned and operated independently from Fleet. When connect your Fleet and Facebook accounts for the first time using the Facebook Connect feature, we collect your name, email address, other basic personal information required from Users (as described above) that you have made public via Facebook. We continue to collect or update such information so long as your Fleet and Facebook accounts are connected, including any changes to such information. If you no longer want to allow Fleet to access your personal information on Facebook, you must disconnect the Facebook Connect Feature

The collection of such personal information in this manner is permitted under Facebook’s Privacy Policy. We recommend you examine that privacy policy in detail.

Information We Collect through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.

As Visitors navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns, including:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising.You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information.

Users can review and change their personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page. Information about Visitors is anonymized and cannot be reviewed or changed.

Users may also send us an e-mail at team@tryfleet.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us, as well as suspend their account for a set period of time. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your User account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. If a User asks us to delete its User account, the related personal information associated with such User Account will remain on our servers for 90 days before being permanently deleted.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Additionally, your User Contributions may remain visible on our Website, although your name and other personal identifying information will be removed. If you would like to delete your User Contributions from the Website, please e-mail us at team@tryfleet.com. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms and Conditions. 

Your California Privacy Rights.

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Do Not Track.

We do not track or respond to browser “Do Not Track” requests.

Visiting Our Website from Outside of the United States.

If you are visiting our Website or using the Services from outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers may be located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United Sates and other countries may not be as comprehensive as those in your country, but please be assured that Fleet does take steps pursuant to the laws in the United States that your privacy is protected. Data Security and Information Storage.

We use third party servers (Amazon Web Services) to store and protect your personal information. Each third party service provider we use employs Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”), an industry standard encryption procedure. However, no security system is foolproof and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
