Incoterm: FOB (Free on Board)

FOB (Free on Board) incoterm: one of the two most used incoterm in international shipping

FOB, or Free On Board: this is an incoterm which defines the seller's responsibility as: the seller delivers the goods onto the vessel designated by the buyer, at the named port of shipment. The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes from the seller to the buyer when the goods are on board the vessel, and the buyer bears all costs from that moment onwards.
