They have gone beyond and more for us, very happy with them couldn't ask for anything else.

The communication was really bad. We asked them to do simple things such as taking someone off of an email chain because they may no longer be with the company. They need to fix everything, there was delays with almost every single delay we had about 9-10 were delayed. We never received any notification prior to the delays. They don’t get the consignees right everything across the board needs to get improved. We told them all the time, just to take someone off of an email it takes 15 emails to do so and they tell us that they’ve done it. Yet, they didn’t do it.

Extend their office hours or having a second shift would make them even better. Sometimes when we work with the border in El Paso the trucks are late and having extended hours until 9:00 to 10:00 would be great.
