I have an excellente service, they have always been very efficient, I never miss the cargo, I am very confident on the service. The only thing they should improve is that maybe they can help us by being behind the factories for them to confirm the cargo to load.

I’d give our Interglobo agent a 10 if I could!!! They run their business as a family, they're very clear. We talk to their owners everyday just like if they were part of your family. I LOVE dealing with Interglobo. They’re on point from A to Z, sometimes when I have an issues with a container the owner is there to help me. They’re the best to deal with I would never go with another freight forwarder. In fact my boss at time has wanted to try other freight forwarders and unfortunately… I’ve had to deal with some of the others out there and it was such a terrible experience. Whenever he thinks he wants to change I have to remind him about the great rapport we have we Interglobo. It’s like we’re all a family, they’ll do anything for us, we’ll do anything for them. It’s a great relationship. Even though we are a small company, they’re behind us 100%. They’re very informative and we’re always informed of everything that’s going on.
I had to work with Jas Forwarding in the past and they were terrible. We were so misinformed on containers not getting container numbers, I felt with that company we were left in the dark here (with Interglobo) we don’t have to deal with that.
We think they can improve in efficiency more than anything.
