DHL has fair prices, that's why we chose it. We haven't had any problem and have remarkable people.

They should improve their response time and follow up. The website is not easy to use and is not updated.
Online website is not as easy to use. You have to look for everything. It's harder to use than other carriers.

We consistantly work with them in Europe, and when we asked if they have a different and faster route to get the shipment here and this year they showed that instead of 21 days brought it down to 16 time is money.
They make it easy, we don't have to worry about when shipments are coming in. It just flows naturally with them (DHL Global Forwarding).
