I personally don't handle the prices but the service is really good.
Their biggest problem is the big lack of communication.

Time delivery is something that can be improved.
I can't tell you that much because everything is handle through our broker but all I can tell is that we receive the shipments here and they are usually in good shape.
They have never gave us a problem we would rate them as high as we could go.
Their accessibility is the best part of working with BDP Transport. They're very accessible.
My chief complain with the contacts here in the US have been solved. I was getting a couple of invoices in the past, some from Houston, some from Philadelphia and some from various people from BDP and sometimes I don't know what they're for. I normally get 6 to 10 containers per year and when I get an invoice late I don't really don't know what they're talking about. I would prefer to make sure to let me know what the invoices are for. My agent in the Czech Republic is amazing and I'll give him a 5 for his quality.
Communication should be better, emails should be more clear. That sort of things.
They work great. The only thing we see they can improve on is, the training they give out on their website.
They’re very good. I can’t complain.
My suggestion for improvement would be the tracking system. I don't know for sure how everything is generated that gets put into that system but I often have times when I'll have purchasing or someone else come and tell me that they can't find that container in that system.
