The delivery time is bad they always delay and the customer service should be improved, every time we ask about a shipment status they take weeks to respond!

Delivery time should be improved since our last shipments have been delayed.
They should improve prices because are going up almost the double of the price I used to pay. Everything else is pretty good, no complaints.

What I like the most about working with Apex Shipping is that they're easy to get a hold of, they respond to their emails and are very prompt.
I would rate them a 4 from my experience so far except delivery time most of the shipments get held up at the port.
